If you're looking for a stone with the variation, texture, and uniqueness you'd find in nature, we'd recommend Black Rock, Hajar, or Capitan. Black Rock is the darkest of these, Hajar has the most variety of colors, and Capitan is, you guessed it, the lightest. 

If you'd like a stone with some depth and texture but would like to stick to a monochromatic look, Moab would be a great choice.

How to remove the cover?

If necessary, the stone coating can be easily removed without leaving any traces on the laptop surface. Just gently pick up the edge of the cover with a stationery knife and pull it in the opposite direction.
